A cheese knife with his swiss design for swiss cheese: the cheese knife is forged in Emmental and the finishing takes place in Biel – in the sknife knife manufactory. The cheese knife has a blade made of surgical steel that makes it extremely corrosion resistant.
The handle of the cheese knife is made of stabilized noble walnut wood and therefore it is very water-repellent. Due to the optimized design the cheese knife is a delight in the hand. The cheese knife is delivered in a box made from steamed fir wood.
