The Nagare Chef knife can be used for cutting fruits, most vegetables, herbs, meat and fish. The special manufacturing process called "Dual-Core" offers the Nagare Chef knife a long-lasting sharpness and an amazing cutting experience.
The blade of the Nagare chef knife has a blade forged out of different steel types (VG-10 & VG-2) with a hardness of HRC 61. Due to that special process the Nagare chef knife gets an aestethic blade pattern. The ergonomic handle ist made of grey Pakkawood (Japanese pinewood).
