The goat cheese knife Kapro is specially designed for cutting the usually small goat's cheeses. The pointed blade of the goat cheese knife is only 8 cm long and has a very gently curved edge that allows it to roll off at the end of the cut.
This makes it easier to slice the soft crust with the goat cheese knife leaving a smooth cut surface. The plum handle of goad cheese knife is strongly angled so that even large hands have room to work without touching the cutting base.
