The universal cheese knife Ĉio with its blade 35 mm is the widest knife in the Fromaĝo series. The blade surface of the universal cheese knife is characterised by two beautifully shaped, large recesses preventing soft and firm cheeses from sticking.
The universal cheese knife cuts cheese effortlessly thanks to the thinly ground concave shaft. Due to the width of the universal cheese knife, it can be used to cut harder cheeses such as Gouda, Provolone or Gruyère in a stable way. The handle of the universal cheese knife is made of high-quality plum wood.
